Vermont Condiments Craft Hot Sauce

PiriPiri - This sauce hits all the right notes, local Vermont grown African Birdseye chiles, Vermont garlic scapes, lemon juice, Maine sea salt and white vinegar. It has the perfect balance of heat and umami. This is a medium spice level sauce. Fantastic on some homemade street tacos, fried pickle chips or an enchilada!

Vermont Maple Garlic - The perfect blend of savory and sweet. Made with fresh garlic, Vermont grown Fresno peppers. Maine Sea salt, Cider vinegar and Dark Robust Vermont Maple Syrup. the perfect addition to your breakfast sandwich.

Honey Sweet Hot - This one has a unique "salty sweet" flavor and is super versatile. Another great "sweet hot". We love this one on breakfast burritos and chicken fajitas. It is also a perfect sauce for eggs and breakfast sandwiches. This one is made with local honey from Vermont's Northeast Kingdom.

Roasted Garlic - This is a true Tex Mex southwest garlic forward taco sauce! Phenomenal on chicken whether it be roasted, grilled, or fried. This sauce has an excellent mix of intensely smoky roasted serrano flavor mixed with a slightly salty/sour tangy flavor at the end! Garlic lover's rejoice!

Paper Lantern - This hot sauce is made with local Vermont grown paper lantern peppers and oven roasted onions! It is also known as our "caramelized onion" hot sauce. It is an incredibly versatile traditional red hot sauce that is exceptional on everything from fries, to breakfast burritos to pizza and more! Heat level is a solid medium to medium hot.

Huckleberry Shallot - This savory/sweet blend is made from Washington state Huckleberries and Wild Maine Blueberries along with fatali peppers. The flavor is just like the solid purple color...incredibly unique! Not as sweet as you might imagine, this sauce goes very well with pork chops, chicken and breakfast sandwiches. It is a true confluence of sweet, tart and savory!

Chiltepin - Made with Chiltepin peppers straight from Sinaloa, this sauce a uniquely bright sour flavor with a full mouth glow! It is fantastic on chicken tostadas and rice and beans. Fantastic on eggs and breakfast burritos as well!

Calabrian -

The Calabrian is made with olives, onions, garlic, and capers to produce a very savory Mediterranean kind of flavor. The medium level kick of heat at the end comes from Calabrian chile peppers grown in Calabria, the "New Mexico" of Italy. 

This one is very versatile. A real everyday go to sauce if you prefer a more savory and less sweet experience.

Black Garlic - This is our umami bomb hot sauce! 

It is made with New York State grown and processed black garlic from Sweet G's Garlic Farm. It is some real tasty stuff! We use it mainly for grilling steaks, chicken, chops, and shrimp. But the possibilities are limitless! Also a great sauce for eggs in the morning!

It totally works as a hot sauce, a glaze for meats and grilled veggies, or a marinade for chicken, beef, pork, or fish.
